                              3月10—11日，我公司6名新進(jìn)員工在羅莊區(qū)宏達(dá)酒店進(jìn)行了為期2天的封閉式學(xué)習(xí)，取得了預(yù)期的效果。







    “突破團(tuán)隊(duì)、熔煉自我”是本次活動(dòng)的主題，主要培養(yǎng)員工的合作和挑戰(zhàn)精神。
    另外，參與人員也涉及到公司的各個(gè)部門，對(duì)提高團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用。
